Vessel Registry - Provide a registry for boat identification, inspection, and public directory for their hauling or use capabilities. For example :

• Cargo Ships
• Fishing Boats
• Recreational Watercraft and Boats

FCC Container - Ensure the onboard FCC containers includes the boat identification, and GPS location is provided to the Citizen & Vehicle Data Warehouse where jurisdictions can receive their locations based on the deployment of FCC Domain Applications or RAW data.

Ensure watercraft have always on communication capabilities based on their use.
