The FTC - Media Agency will ensure the citizens on the American Internet will have the following capabilities:

  • Media with content categories, age requirements, and marked as AI so the market has the capability to filter and prohibit data based on citizens needs, especially parents controlling the content of their children.

  • Business and citizens will have the ability to buy, sell and subscribe to content with secure Security Exchange Media Agreements between parties.

  • Press License will be issued by the Media Agency, and content will be certified in the market with badges and identifications, and traceable to its original owners.

  • The market can file complaints for mis-information of press licenses, and violators can be prosecuted.

  • The entire media supply chain will be managed all the way from content producers, to content networks, to devices with secure connected network standards.

  • Content will also be portable and secure so citizens can use it off-line.

Security

Before any content producers can work with the Website Owner(s) Content Services they must authorize where their user permissions are provided via their Website Permit.

If the website owner would like to upload information to Website Content Management Services they must do a web authorization, and provision their Storage Provider.

If the website owner would like to setup Website Streaming Services they must do a web authorization, and provision their Streaming Service Provider.

If the website owner submits a streaming session that requires the storing of their stream, they must setup a Storage Provider at Content Management Services.

Website Owner's Content Services

Each media website (or business) on the American Internet will need to authorize with Media Agency Owners Content Services before using their production services for security purposes.

Website Content Management Services

Website Content Management Services are provided to website owners when their content has been stored and is ready for the market to buy,sell and subscribe to.

Website Steaming Services

Website owners can receive streaming services for the website via an API from their websites to stream live content to the marketplace with their selected Streaming Providers.

Initiatives

The FTC Media Agency will have a number of initiatives when starting up.

The Content Owners Right Act will ensure all agreements in the market place and content is organized correctly so the market can use it easily, and people are being paid on solidified SEC Media Agreements.

Website Types

The media agency will manage various website types with the NITS to ensure the media market operates smoothly.

This includes low-level security between website types, along with high level capabilities between trading partners with Security Exchange - Media Agreements.

Licenses

The media agency will handle various licenses in the media market to ensure misinformation from the media and influencers is managed which includes provided certified information, and the ability for the market to file complaints where the Media Agency will handle them accordingly.

Legislation

The media agency will handle various legislative and regulatory issues around the media market.

Cross Functional Agencies

The The FTC Media Agency's cross functional Print Agency will ensure all content printed in the marketplace is safe based on National Security, district agencies, citizens and children's content restrictions.
