Federal & District Social Security Administration

Our current Federal/State/County relationship to manage social security has failed. Especially in homelessness, having a direct Federal and District representation will ensure accountability to the public.

The following is our Social Security Agency Federal & District goals:

Social Security Payments - Provide payments to citizens who have a digital wallet at the federal level, and work on local programs that are more targeted to local populations as local districts are developed. All social security-based payments to the public will be integrated into the Social Security system. Currently, we have a number of social security programs from EBT, and SNAP and we need to have a holistic understanding of our social security funding and processes for the citizens to ensure our "free money" programs don't get out of hand like they have and ensure people are off drugs, and looking for work.

Business Supplemental Income Social Security will be used to supplement income for businesses that do not make a profit, but need to be open. For example, a Gas Station in the middle of nowhere that might get a few customers a day but is critical, or any business that is critical to a market to function.

Digital Wallet - Provide a digital wallet service that will stores all government and market data via a citizen's own digital wallet securely and safely based on laws and standards.

Currently Apple and Google have control over our digital wallet and it's important we bring that into control for the citizens, government and the market and provide that to mobile companies for use.

The following will be provided in the citizens digital wallet to start. We will level-set with the current market today which will include:

• Government issued IDs
• Payment cards (Credit Card, US E-Check Debit)
• Marriage certificate
• Tickets
• Boarding Pass
• Points from businesses
• Bills
• Signed Documents
• Banking Ledgers
• Dependents
• Rental Agreements
• Mortgage Agreements
• Keys
• Notes
• Citizen Personal Storage (An abstraction later will allow citizens to add virtual storage allocations for a cost)
• Connected Wi-Fi Networks Keys

In the future, the digital wallet will expand to many areas and will provide tremendous value in the market place base by having its own service capabilities instead of being locked in the phone.

Social Security will enable the sharing of information with our digital wallets based on the legislation defined at Social Security.

Security - Each API end point for the social security will have a white list of domains that can provide information (post/put information) or take information (webhook) from the personal profile.

For services that want to interact with the social security digital wallet, they will direct to the social security number (###-###-####.wallet) where a permission request will be shown for what data wants to be read or added via a standard oAuth. Once accepted the wallet will check the whitelist in social security wallet and callback the domain with the key provided by the requesting service.

Population Counts - Provide civilian counts based on their residence to General Administration districts so they can provide it via their API for population counts.

Pin - A pin will be set on the personal profile for services that would like to request it where it will be asked in the FCC container.

Domain Zone Applications - Provide domain zone applications for the public to:

• Allow civil agencies and citizens the ability to interact with social security processes and functions. For example, a police officer or citizen would have a social security application to request evaluation for someone who appears they need a transitional housing facility or a mental institution.

• Provide a Government ID application at the federal domain zone to both provide and check people's identification. This would be done by a physical view with a government seal on the device, or via touch stream.

• Provide a wellness on a child being abused at home.

Single Sign-on Capability - The mission Social Security works on-line also. Social Security will make it easy to log-in into websites and applications. This will replace all the confusing login mechanisms we deal with today. This will include camera and/or thumbprint login on operating system startup, and login capabilities with confirmation and passkeys for websites and applications.

Address Book - Provide the ability to optionally share your contact information with the address books at the federal level or the districts in which you have mortgage or rental agreements. People will use these address books to resolve your social security number if they need to communicate where they can be added to as acquaintances for phone calls, and e-mailing and instant e-mailing.

Children and Marriage Credits - Provide cash each month for citizens who are married and/or have dependents. Tax credits were available with the tax system, and social security will resume this inventive for families by paying out instead of creating tax incentives.

Transitional Housing - Offer funding, educational resources, licensing support, and technological solutions to manage transitional housing needs. Address housing challenges stemming from job loss, veteran reintegration, post-incarceration transitions, and mental health crises.

A domain zone application will be provided at the district level to allow anyone to dispatch licensed mental health professionals to someone in need on the streets in their area.

Public service announcements would be available to educate the public on the application and procedures for dealing with someone in crisis.

Online Health Agents - Provide resources on-line to handle complaints from people on line in need, and provide the access via the Social Security login logs to identify individuals.

Legislation - Manage legislation around social security issues from payments, to laws around when people could be committed to a mental hospital, and digital wallet technology regulations. We have to be careful that board members and citizens don't legislate their way to free money. The Federal Administration Board has to be very careful this is managed correctly otherwise we could socialize the population instead of keeping them working at good jobs.

Communication - Provide the ability to send direct or slow mail between personal profiles.

Allow parents to:

• Blacklist personal profiles
• Approve communication requests
• Set restrictions on age
• Set restrictions on elicit materials

Provide standards on formats. Most likely rich text with inline images.

The communication bus can also include a domain so domain based communication can take place.

All communication channels go through the NSA where AI finds content at risk based on NSA legislation.

Will - Provide a digital wallet will that enforces all the rules when a death certificate is received.

Landing Page - Provide an optional landing base that allows users to configure options for:

• Name
• About
• Request to communicate (when required)
• Links to various services that interact with your data via an oAuth process.
