Federal & District Public Land & Management
Funding - Provide funding to operate public land districts.
License - License all forest personal including park rangers, lumberjacks, administration, and other personnel.
Provide Leases - Provide land leases via a bidding process to businesses to harvest land based on sustainable practices.
Supply Chain - Develop the technology standards and containers which will allow the market to sell national resources to the market place. From harvesting, to processing, to warehousing. Ensure DOVT license vehicles and rail cargo to transport processed materials.
Mapping - Ensure mapping and data analysis are done on the resources using manual techniques, and by using mapping data from Geographical Survey data which will allow Public Land managers to bid out natural resources to businesses.
Off Road Mapping - Provide the mapping datasources via the General Administration system and ensure it registered with the NTIS mapping datasets.
Camping - Implement the the NITS standard .camp domain zones for camping and handle complaints via Homeland Security.
State & Federal Turnover - Based on the land ownership, get approval to turn over Federal and State public lands to the general agency board.
Fire Management - Provide funding, education, licensing for districts to enable controlled burns in public lands.
