Permit Requirements - To issue pre-permits and operational permit. Operation Administration will manage:
- The agencies that are required for pre-permit, and operational permits.
- The checklists required for pre-permit and operational permits.
- UPSC codes that are required for the business, and oAuth procedures to agency service domain services.
Approval Domain Zone Application - A domain zone application will be provided to all agencies to pre-approve and approve permits based on the requirements of the domain suffix, and the parcel address.
Internal Permit Poster - Operation managers can print, or oAuth an e-paper device to an internal permit poster for customers that will include:

The following domain zone applications will be automatically installed by their respective agencies and owners who manage them.

Operation Names - All operation names must ensure there are no Trademark violations, and run through the content filtering system to ensure its safe for children.
UL Equipment Verification -- Verify that all business equipment is UL certified by checking for proper UL RFID tags and IDs and referencing certification status through the official UL database.
All UL devices must be registered on the business permit at all times.
Trademark - Ensure trademark legislation enforced when registering a business.
Cross-Functional Permit Coordination - Ensure all required permits are obtained based on specific business types and operations:
- Alcohol service requires approval from the district Department of Alcohol and Tobacco.
- Food safety compliance verification through the district Food Administration.
- Bookstores, clubs and media retailers require FTC review to ensure compliance with federal and local laws and regulations of accepted media.
- The federal's district Emergency Management Agency would verify that proper fire safety systems and emergency protocols are implemented and the connection between the business sensors for counting patrons via the FCC and the fire department is operating correctly based on maximum capacity that is defined.
- District EPA would ensure there is no negative environmental impact based on local and federal laws to ensure proper waste management and environmental protection measures are in place.
- The district NTIS would verify that the business was operating the correct application container based on their business process.
- The district trade commission would have oversight for venues hosting concerts to ensure performances comply with approved set lists, Media IDs, and licensing requirements for any public performance. This would be done both by visiting events, and using the FTC content filtering system to approve set-lists posted to the venues business.
- Human and Health would ensure all sensors are reporting correctly for environmental issues.
- FDBI would ensure cameras and microphones are installed based on legislation of the district.
License Verification Domain Zone Application - Citizens can access a domain zone application to view all the businesses licenses issued to businesses and report potential licensing violations or compliance issues on the business. This would include both civic agency licenses that approved the business and personal licenses of everyone working at the facility.
Domain Zone Setup - Once business permits are approved and domains have been registered at Home Land Security the operation administration provides credentials to the FCC domain zone for the business, and places it in the Chamber of Commerce on its accepted starting date.
Lost and Found domain zone applications must be provided for all businesses that are created both internally and externally.
The lost and found application would allow people to submit what they lost, and allow the business manager the ability to let them know they have it or not.
Certification Publication - All the business attributes would be provided on the business permit at the Commerce Department, and the Chamber of Commerce where 3rd parties could use to find out operating hours, address, phone numbers, permits, licenses required, business process ID, and other attributes of the business that are important to the public.
Preliminary Business Permit -- Preliminary business permits would be provided before the business could take ownership of the physical building to ensure the space is suitable for further build out, and capital has been approved by any party.
Business Label - Provide a business label at the front of the store with clear:

Transfer - Operation Administration will have the capability to switch a business to a new domain zone.
Business Process Setup Use Case
- A business would go to the Chamber of Commerce in their district, and get the business process ID they would like.
- They would find a location for the business.
- A preliminary business permit would be provided by Operation Administration that the physical location could support the business process ID.
- With funding, they would receive keys to the building.
- They would find technology companies in the market that provide application containers for that business type with the preliminary business permit in their personal profile.
- They would purchase the container at the Commerce Department where it would be deployed by the NITS and Homeland Security via a provided domain name.
- Once the location was ready for business, a valid business permit would be provided after inspection by all parties would completed and added to the application container's startup process.
- Operation Administration would go to the FCC website and provide permissions to the personal profile of the owner to manage the applications that are designed for that business process.
- Once the domain zone was added to the FCC it would be listed at the Chamber of Commerce as an active business based on the business permit opening date in the Operation Administration domain zone.
New Business Process Request
An option at the Federal Commerce Department will have the ability to request new a new business process/type at the Federal Operation Administration office.
Anytime a new business process request is made by the market that does not exist at the Chamber of Commerce, the Federal Operation Administration will:
Do a business analysis that will include:
Defined the business process which will include external API/Webhooks, internal API/Webhooks and assign a Operation Administration Process ID. The Operation Administration Process ID will be defined as: category-unique-id.
Send a request for the agency that would like to have ownership of the domain suffix.
Research if an existing license exists, or a new one needs to be defined.
Send a request to all legislative bodies where a license exists to get input in the specification and the new business process.
The SEC would be notified to create requirements for loan officers for the new business and the education.
When a new role is needed, send it out to all agencies to take ownership and develop the license requirements together where they will be added to the agencies education and license directory.
Define the Operation Administration Permit and Pre-Permit requirements, and agencies that required to approve a permit that are attached to the domain.
Assign the domain suffix and assign it to Homeland Security, and the legislative body that will be responsible for handling domain issues along with the Operation Administration Permit definition requirement ID, and Operation Administration Processor ID.
Notify the NTIS of the new process ID so they can add it and start approving containers from vendors that are can be deployed to the Commerce Department.
