AI Safety - Approve and monitor all .ai-chat, .ai-video, .ai-music, .ai-books, .ai-teachers-assistant and other AI related domains and ensure all content is monitored through content filtering system and flagged for review based on FTC rules. Provide warnings about AI accuracy on all browsers. Once NITS become comfortable with AI, we will move the domains to FTC.

Legislate Technology - Legislate technology decisions that cannot be made in a single agency.

GitLab - Fork, and pay the Gitlab development team to bring in house for container approval and deployments.

Mobile Phone Communication - Ensure all mobile phones have the capability to use all cellular and sat (slow) frequencies.

Container Approval

The market will submit the containers based on the NTIS container standard. For all user code, the code must be submitted where executables our built.

I suggest the following container deployment specification

All services that are defined in the container (databases, etc) must come from the NTIS service registry.

The NTIS will do a code review and ensure all standards are in place for the domain suffix where a requirements checklist for the domain suffix will be managed. This can be done with manual, and AI analysis.

Once approved, NTIS will sign the container and deploy to the Commerce Department where it can be deployed to NTIS certified domain .hosting-providers.

Physical Media - Approve all software applications that generate physical media in the market place and ensure the content filtering is properly integrated.

Seals - Seals are used when sites request information from .gov websites. These could include the person, or general announcements. Components will be available to retrieve lists, or specific articles where the seal will be provided. These components will be available as Web Components built into the browser.

Badges - Whenever a licensed media or influencer posts something on any site a badge will be presented where complaints can be processed to the FTC.

Ad Measurements - Provide standards on ad measurements for both on-line and physical media.

Map Aggregation - Have a directory of maps and their GPS fences and owner. For example, DOVT will own all road traffic maps, Bearu of Land Management, Forest Service and other jurisdictions would own their maps. Also ensure all maps are using the standards to define all traffic, signs and other attributes of a map.

Audio Management - Manage all the audio standards on devices. This includes media players and connected media systems to ensure they meet FTC legislation and FCC legislation. Also ensure that media players are located in one location.

Copy and Paste Standards - Manage the standards of copy and pasting between all applications, and ensure the personal profile can copy and paste between devices.

RFID - Provide all the technologies and standards to write RFID and read RFID tags for both passive and active capabilities in the market.

Web Touch - Work with the FCC on spectrum, which will enable a standard when mobile devices touches another device an http session is created between the device and the phone. This will make provisioning mid-size and large IOT devices much easier.

For example, you would touch a light switch that would provide a web interface. The web interface would oAuth to the home hub where it would be found via UDP and the switch identification would be provided to the hub where they would bind in the network.

It's assumed all devices are on the network using Zigbee once provisioned.

Zigbee Device Directory - A Zigbee device directory would be available for home hubs to receive details about the device (manufacture, type, etc). The Zigbee device specification will include a type and unique Id.

Touch Stream - Manage a new device-to-device protocol called touch stream where when two mobile phones touch information can be shared between two parties. This will give two devices and parties the capability to:

  • Make a payment between each other
  • Provide a business card(s)
  • Provide a phone number
  • Request a personal or business calendar
  • Request a government ID for age verification
  • Provide an introduction to a person
  • Provide a ticket from the personal profile to a NITS ticketing point application
  • Provide a license from the personal profile

Communication Standards - Manage all the communication standards between devices below the FCC spectrum.

Reporting - Ensure all reporting capabilities for bad actors are available on media players. For example, a media player video or audio would need to be reported to the FTC.

DNS - Ensure all DNS resolution is harden in operating systems in America.

WWW Gateway - Approve WWW proxies that allow America and global internet traffic to work together. For example, if SysCo had a supply chain application that operated from Long Beach to China they would use an approved WWW gateway for it. These will be specially built operating systems. These operating system would basically allow both Homeland Security and World Wide Domain Resolution.

Approve Operating Systems - Approve all operating systems that are deployed inside FCC containers or SDKs for the following domains and ensure their interoperability and all agency requirements and laws.

.tv .advertising-display .facility-menu .mobile-os .vehicle-os .e-bike-os .motorcycle-os .laptop-os .touch-os .elevator-control .refrigerator .gaming-system .picture-frame

Screen Sharing - Purchase a standard from the market that ensures screen sharing works on all platforms. RDP appears to be the best.

Notary - Approve .document-sign domains which will place signed documents in the personal profile, and/or businesses as signed documents where a seal is shown by the operating system when displaying it. Social Security will whitelist all these domains for signed documents and the people or businesses that signed them.

Emergency Text Messaging - Ensure all operating systems provide a emergency icon and text capability for FEMA emergency services dispatch.

Web Page Launching - Provide the standard where when a web page is launched, native applications can be launched. For Domain Zone's their must be a web application along side of native applications to ensure 100% compatibility of services.

Security Tags - Provide all the standards for security tags that are placed on clothing and other items in the market place. This would include standards for the businesses that provide tags, sensors, and disablement.

Ink Jet Standards - Manage the standards around print cartridges sizes, and average page count capabilities.

Copy and Paste - Ensure copy and paste works across all applications, and platforms. Ensure the digital wallet has copy and paste so content can be copied from one device to another.

Cables and Media - Ensure cables and media have expiration dates and their devices are taken off the market. Ensure interoperability between devices. USB-C seems to be a good standard for the market.

Facility TV Control Systems - NITS will provide the standards for TV control systems that allow the following in facilities.

  • oAuth to media providers and agree on public performance pricing, or not if it's ad based.
  • Provide the ability to associate media providers streams to various TV devices.
  • Event domains to the Domain Zone TV application that is associated to the TV controller media service containers.

Jukebox Standards - Provide the standards for Jukebox container services which includes the ability to:

  • oAuth to Media Services
  • Provide socket commands to a device bound to a jukebox service
  • Provide the standards for invoicing, play reporting, and payment between the Jukebox company and the media services

Radio Standards - Provide the standards for a radio devices which would:

  • Allow the services to oAuth to radio services.
  • Bill the facility based on minutes played.

Wi-Fi Router Standards - Provide all the standards for domain zone applications that provide Wi-Fi passwords from routers. A device is plugged, via Touch Stream over HTTP the device is oAuthed to the FCC Domain Zone where the domain zone application provides the key to the device. A price can be provide for access the facility based on timer periods.

Media Standards - Define the media standards and formats around compression and header details of content. For example, a TV domain zone application when clicked would receive the applications in the media header domains. These can only be used for segments longer than 30 minutes.

Media Formats Define the media types that go into a business permit that allow services the capability to render the content correctly in the market place. For example:

  • Television
  • Swipe-video (horizontal or vertical)
  • Radio
  • Static-content & dimensions (For example, a picture frame or paper display)

Cameras - Ensure all cameras provide the location in which they are being photographed, and ensure that information is provided to the media servers at the FTC where it can be provided by consumers during upload.

Press must provide the location of any media photographs.

Business Container Management

Once Operation Administration approves a business, it will be added to the NITS registry based on the Commerce Department Process ID, or Homeland Security Process ID where the vendor container will be approved for technical, security and integration testing with the market where all test scripts are executed on test domains.

Once approved, the container is deployed to the Commerce Department with the Commerce Department Process Id, or Homeland Security Process Id.

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Ultra-Wideband (UWB) - Provide the ability to manage BLE devices which will include:

  • The ability to register them to a personal profile.
  • The ability to transfer them.
  • The ability to track them.
