Government Plan & Beta Testing

Take all our federal government agencies and allow them to have a direct counterpart in the city/district jurisdiction which we call the United Districts of America.

By bypassing state actors we are able to vote, legislate and budget directly based on the mission of the agency, and provide technology standards to the market so we can start to participate in small business again.

By having an integrated budgeting and legislative capabilities ensures ensures no money is siphoned as its being passed between government agencies.

We will start serving the Pendleton Township, and then other cities who want to pick up our technology for their city/districts.

These are high level agencies we will work on to start, but please read more for more details.

Health and Safety

Parents, why doesn't the Federal Trade Commission provide a Universal application on all devices to allow you to turn off your kids device from your phone?

Parents, why do we not have age restriction on the Internet, and our children can view illicit content?

Where do we vote on beach laws? Federal & District Beach and Harbor districts.

Where do we vote on Abortion? Federal & District Human and Health services.

I've watched our government and citizens argue about the abortion issue for many years and months at a time. If you have a problem you go to the agency that provides that mission and vote.

Where do we vote on Social Security issues around homelessness, and ensure our agencies are providing services? Federal & District Social Security.

Where do you vote on drug laws? Federal & District Drug and Alcohol.

This was found in Laguna Beach at a gas station. We are going to either ensure our drugs are 100% perfect, and used safely, or not have them at all based on district Drug and Alcohol legislation.

To our aging demographic, we have a mixed ratio in this country of younger and older people. We are going to make sure you have the best in class facilities and care in your district. Home care, licensed caretakers, and walk in doctors. You will have first pick on picking out our elderly district in our General Administration district community plan and we will bring up the resources in the network to ensure your Social Security payments meet the needs of the district's living standards.

Commerce

Why are all our supply chain's controlled completely by single organizations from cradle to grave? We've been locked our of our own supply chains.

Our Department of Commerce will ensure there are standards between each business in the supply chain. So if you want to own a gas storage facility, or transport it, or run a gas station those will all be available for you to insert yourself in the supply chain to bring back small businesses and the middle class.

For those citizens in America who invest in these companies. You will be able to go into districts on maps, and put capital in banks where it can be loaned to the market. Your going to have to work for your investments, not just throw money at an index. We've lost touch with our money, and the value that it provides to us.

Invest in the next micro-manufacturing company making umbrella's, or a beach chair company that we will be producing.

Finance

Why do we have a 100 different places all over the world to receive financial services? Our Securities and Exchange will license banking professionals for all financial services where our system will be secure, and licensed agents will receive 100% commissions over the rate the treasury and public markets set.

Our Securities and Exchange has lost control of the market because they cannot enforce it technically with continued integrity.

Our state legislative and banking system evolved from horseback, and will be much better integrated directly between the federal and district levels using the United States dollar.

Technology

Why don't we have our own American Internet so we can have our own digital wallet on-line and vote with no foreign interference? Are they trying to steel away our ability to vote, for a world wide government order? Why did Apple get our citizens government ID before we did in our own digital wallet, and how is a driver licenses in a phone going ensure our children aren't viewing illicit material on-line?

Police & Fire

Why can't anyone text message the police with their location, and have it connected to local dispatch?

Why can't Lifeguards contact everyone on the beach if there is a shark attack, and then launch an app to have the ambulance show up at their location?

Why can't the Coast Guard connect with Life Guards?

My having an integrated emergency system across all emergency services these opportunities open up.

Next Steps

There are grammar mistakes here, it's been an overwhelming amount of work and I ran out of time and money, where my family and are homeless because of financial and technical attacks.

I've been targeted by the Isreal state. I've been trying to help from our American government agencies with no help. If I make false assumptions, I am sorry. I am just trying to put the pieces together on who is doing this to my family and I.

I am requesting a budget allocation from the FTC, FCC, Homeland Security and Social Security and build a better government for America and use this Camp Pendleton to build a town to shore up our Federal and District integrations in a safe way, before releasing to the public.

We spend $820.3 billion on military. I would like to use some of our military money to build a better government system at home for our citizens. I hate war, and those who like building machinery for war. You can start building micro-production machines for our citizens.

Why wouldn't we invest to get back to the best, and try to find better ways to govern our country?

Do we want some other country to build a system like this and be left behind even farther?

Do you think the government having control of its documents digitally and allowing citizens to vote on-line is a requirement for an advanced government?

I sure hope so, were going to move at god speed, get involved in our releases and our federal and district news system. We are going to be having some big releases right out of the gate.

First order of business is to take control of our domain system so we have only American websites and American citizens using it.

Second, take control of our digital wallet and information from Apple and Google, and provide a legislation system for Social Security and the Federal Trade Communication so you know exactly what is happening, and can vote on what we do with the our data.

It's possible we might have to build our own cell phones if Apple and Google do not comply. Google and Apple, if your listening. Your dead in the water without standards. I can't even exchange a business card by tapping a Google and Apple phone together.

You believe to put those kids at that base to fight a war for America, to shore up our American Internet.

We will be starting with the Civil Agencies below, and releasing software that will allow cities to install it in their districts if they choose. If you don't like this system you can continue to work through federal/state and country channels.

These were the Presidents orders. Handle immigration, bring manufacturing back, bring back small business, and fix the media.

You want to know why it's fake media? None of them are credentialed on-line. They can run their mouth off without backing up anything with fake profiles on Twitter. Trump has people representing him on-line that aren't even him.

I myself have many profiles on Twitter and pictures that have been uploaded that aren't even mine using AI, or possibly Isreal state actors. Not sure.

If you see errors, or something doesn't add up right based on your deep understanding. I want you on our team.

If we can't build this government with the best and brightest minds and people willing to get dirty again and building products and services. If we don't the socialization of our country will continue.

My ultimate objective of this agency is to wipe out our American debt in exchange for the technology to other countries so they to can manage themselves also. I'm tired of seeing us ruin other countries, giving them no choice apparently but to migrate here.

Here are the government goals for our federal and district agencies to bring justice to myself, family, and to our country for a gross violation of the Sherman Act in-acted in July 2, 1890 which remained unenforceable because our government was stripped of its technology and media capabilities by the Isreal state and since then we have relied on "slap on the wrist" fines and lawsuits to continue the assault against our small businesses.

That is over.

Government Mission starting July 5th at 8 hundred hours at these agencies:

Federal & District Social Security

• District Social Security will have a systems to systems network to handle homeless where anyone can press a button on their phone based on their location (FCC), get the social security application delivered to them for their district where it will procure people to transitional housing facilities for boarding by department of justice agents.

• Our Federal Social Security will make a one-click login to use websites and application on the American Internet. This will be a regulation brought forward after a vote at the Federal Trade Commission that logging into websites has become very difficult for consumers, and storing login credentials locks people into their operating system without giving them the ability to switch. See the objective here, we have FTC violations and they are implemented technically not via lawsuits.

• I will propose legislation that Social Security ensure people aren't kicked out of their homes and put on the street and have means for their life if they are looking for work. This would include people out of work, or veterans that come up. It's important we bring all our social programs into one platform so we can manage them. We have SNAP, EBT, Social Security, and many other ways of doing this and it's not manageable.

• Provide a digital wallet for citizens outside of their mobile phone for their government and market documents, so it can be used everywhere. Drivers license, payment cards, and your music collection all going back in our pockets, under our control, and based on the legislation at Social Security.

WARNING

This will be a regulation brought forward after a vote at the Federal Trade Commission. The fact is you must be able to use a government identification without a mobile phone. For example, to present your government ID on websites that will have age restrictions.

Can you believe websites don't have age restrictions and our children are browsing the internet right now unattended, we need our digital wallet ASAP. Our government has relied on You Tube and Apple to enforce this, but this becomes hard to scale and manage for the FTC.

Federal & District Communication Commission (FCC)

Remember when the Federal Communication Commission made radio wave boundaries around the country? Our federal agency is going to the same for applications. Instead of listening to radio you can get applications delivered to you by the press of a button based on your location.

Here are a number of examples of applications citizens would use in our city and businesses when they were physically located there, or via Pendleton Township's map that is available to external citizens if they wanted to interact with our city services.

• Book Appointments (haircut, massage, etc)

• Local Maps (beaches, hiking trails - imagine hand drawn maps by artists with integrated vehicle and pedestrian data maps).

• City Events (art shows, concerts, farmers markets)

• Rentals (rent a surfboard, or car)

• Classes (surf, pilates, music, video production, etc..)

• Business Directory (provide business hours, permit information in a single place)

• Citizen Directory (By opting in, you would share your digital wallet contact info with a local or federal phone book and it will automatically update with your contact details as your digital wallet does).

• Beach Map (surf reports both on-line and from live local video reporters, weather, tide visualizations and forecasts based based on where your sitting on the beach, and beach all beach laws legislated at the district Beach and Harbors).

• Shop (at all local stores + big box companies from out of town with one application. We will also have a network of delivery drivers)

• Order food (in the city, and have it delivered by the district delivery companies)

• Order food (while sitting down in every establishment that supports it based on regulations)

• Order Taxi

• Bus & Train Routes (See the estimated time of arrival at your stop, and purchase a ticket to your digital wallet, if applicable). This will work with all busses, trollies and any other long haul transportation methods).

• Weather Report (both from NOAA, and local video weather reporters)

• View Local Laws (with the agency that owns it)

• Non-emergency services

• Social Security Services (report homeless, check payment status, apply for funding due to job loss)

• Environmental Complaints (Leaky oil, sound complaints)

• Pendleton Township Tax Entry Bill. (citizens will have an app to look at their outstanding tax bill for entering the district jurisdiction based on district General Administration legislation)

WARNING

I will bring legislation forward at the Federal Trade Commission that we need applications on our mobile phone based on their function (Order Taxi), not another corporate name we need to remember (Uber, Lyft, Waymo, Tesla, etc). We are basically forcing monopolies in the market place which violates the Sherman Act.

The Order Taxi application on your phone in districts will integrate into all taxi service to ensure we have the best service, an open market for pricing, and it's safe based on Department of Transportation legislation for the district.

All our businesses, civilian digital wallets, and governments will be fully integrated via standards where all software talks to each other. Much like our roads connect cars to all our businesses and housing today for civilians. This has not been done for the internet, and all our government agencies are going to make that a core competency.

Federal & District Department of Transportation

• We will put the full force of our nations Departments of Transportation and find the best vendor proposals to deal with the traffic in town to start.

• The local DOVT district will own the data behind maps electronically to define where e-bikes go, private communities, and manage the electronic speed signs. This data will be provided to the market for use. Google will not be providing us mapping data, the DOVT will be providing all the mapping data to services like Google.

• Once the district makes this transportation system, we can take this capability to other districts and make it the best in the world for our country. CalTrans does a good job, but it never was scaled by our Federal Government for other states.

• Our district Department of Transportation will ensure vendors are equipped to bring e-bikes up to standards based on federal Department of Transportation legislation. Turn signals, speed limit governance (from district maps) will all be enforced to keep people safe on these e-bikes and other evolving transportation vehicles. DOVT will also provide the licensing to operate an e-bike.

Federal & District Emergency Services

• All our federal and district emergency services will be connected. Citizens can press a button and provide a text message to the lifeguard, the lifeguard could press a button to request an ambulance, the ambulance could pull up all medical information, where it automatically transferred to the hospital on admission.

By having Federal Emergency Administration manage the API standards between these parties, this type of connectivity opens up for our emergency services in amazing ways. Right now the county provides the emergency system and it's not integrated vertically through emergency services.

• District Emergency Operations in the Pendleton Township can draw a square around an area on a map and deploy applications for their citizens for communication and bi-directional status updates with citizens, and provide all escape routes that are moving via the DOVT data from FCC connected vehicles and mobile phones.

Federal & District Trade Communications

• Citizens will be able to build media networks and businesses for their media and share it in the local, state and federal markets. This will include weather reporters, media shopping networks, realtor media networks, action sport networks, music networks, bands, TV networks, news, record and sell music concerts in the market and much more.

• Content will be safe for our children as the Social Security Digital Wallet will work on the internet to verify age across all websites and application platforms.

• An American Internet content filtering and categorization system will be deployed to allow all content in the market to be categorized as AI, with an age restriction, and the type of content. This will ensure its safe for the public, and give the public the capability to filter out content they are not interested in.

• We will have a simple ticketing system at every venue in town so residences and tourists can buy tickets and have them delivered right to their Social Security Digital Wallet and redeemed at the door. No more of these confusing ticketing systems. You will also be able to go right to the venue where it will provide sales, service and ticketing.

• Federal and District Federal Trade Commission can ban content based on a specific Media ID, a content category, or a age restrictions. For example if the Federal Drug Administration had legislation to ban pharmacy ads, the media networks, or media players would not play them. Furthermore, you could personally ban content for yourself and children in which you don't want to see on the internet anymore and that will enforced across the media networks.

Federal & District Environmental Protection Agency

• Our federal or district Environmental Protection Agency can create legislation that bans loud music in vehicles. This regulation can be applied to the Department of Commerce product system to ensure no products enter the market with that regulation.

• Our district EPA department will let you press a button to report an oil leak in your street. EPA agents will provide the cleanup and ensure the the laws are enforced.

• Our local EPA would handle noise complaints based on the district noise ordinances that would be legislated at the EPA in noise ordinances districts.

• Our district EPA will approve all micro-manufacturing facilities so they don't disturb the environment with noise and pollution, along with the district Operation Administration.

Our mandate from the President is that we need to bring manufacturing back. How would cities get up to speed for all of this? They can't. We need Operation Administration and all departments working together to move quickly. The county can't handle these requirements.

Federal & District of Alcohol and Drugs

• Our district Alcohol Administration will ensure all drinking laws are legislated and enforced.

• Our Alcohol Administration will provide licenses to bartenders, and allow citizen to file complaints against them.

• Our district Drug Administration will create drug legislation and make sure people use is safely and our supply chain has integrity better than CVS. Drugs are a part of America culture, we are the worlds biggest user and its time to make it safe, or non-existent from various from supply chains based on drug legislation.

Federal & District Parks

• National parks will provide all the funding, legislation, technology to turn Pendleton Township into a world class mountain bike, vehicle off-roading, motocross, skate parks, baseball, BMX and any other types of parks. We need to start to build capabilities with our vendors for this that can be provided to any district as long as resources are available.

• Parks will have the capabilities to provide training and licensing to all park employees, ticketing systems and management.

• District National Parks will provide funding and voting capabilities to allow a board to manage every local park in the community as a district park and ensure the environmental protection agency is doing their job with garbage, and ensure resources are budgeted to keep it clean, safe and maintained. We will have a 3 member board of parents for every community park for families.

Federal & District Education Agency

• We will have the full support of the Federal Education Agency in the district to provide study material, supplies, licensing for teachers, and technology standard to ensure the district, school, and teachers are operating together.

• Kids will have their own digital wallets (that the parents will be in complete control of) for their study work, when the study work is completed, their grades will also go into their digital wallets.

• Based on the class, teachers can provide websites and applications for study material that are approved by the education board of directors both federally and at the district.

• The Education Agency will legislate with the public on how much school and homework our children should have at the federal level, where it could be overridden by districts on approval.

Americas Vote

This is high level goals and objectives. If America wan't to try and give a new system a shot. Pendleton Township is going to be a managed beach town, making things, enjoying the town, and working together in business and government. We will still have tourist, but we will get paid for it when they enter the town and keep it managed.

We will have a world-class education, emergency system and services, along with a district justice department police and security force to ensure safety.

Through the district Department of Commerce and Securities and Exchange licensed bankers we will enjoy easily starting businesses and getting the technology for it so it plugs right into the market. This will allow the ability for the market to easily find vendors, place orders, order delivery, putting out request for proposals, create and distribute media all in an open market place with ensured safety.

Our American Internet will be safe and secure for the public with repercussions for bad actors. We will have an on-line voting system and court system with government IDs to ensure authentic.

Our government agents and government documents will have seals around them to valid their authenticity. Our copyright system will ensure our names, and photos are not used without our permission.

This is just a small sample of what this new paradigm has uncovered.

Here is our objectives to start:

• Working on operations to ratify the constitution to ensure legislation can happen at the government organization.
• Ensure our federal budget's are continued to be paid by the treasury based on budgets voted on by board members and downstream districts
• Start assigning people to civil agency board seats (500K-1M a year), and start hiring and building technology so citizens and small businesses can participate in their market and government again via technology standards and deployments.
• Have a discussion with the American people (if the President believes thats warranted), so they can watch what we do and start thinking about how they might implement it into their city.
• Start receiving applications from people that want to participate in the new government and businesses so we can begin work.
