Monitor E-Visa - Monitor visa personal profiles when:

• An arrest record is added to it by a DOJ jail and schedule extradition.
• They move beyond their area in which they are designated.
• They have violated their visa requirements.

Domain Zone Applications - DOJ to provide a domain zone application to licensed ICE agents to book them into jails if transportation isn't available.

FBI to provide licensed domain zone applications to add people to the FBI most wanted list.

Transportation - Provide all the transportation needs and funding to deport immigrants at Federal and District levels. This includes, bussing and plane flights out.
