  • Citizens must present their digital wallet to register domains.

Age Verification - Provide an age verification for every domain name when it constitutes it based on its content API's. The FTC content filtering system can change the age verification based on media uploaded for the domain and will have a direct link to Homeland Security to do so via a Homeland Security certificate.

Government 2 Government Certificate

Before government service domain certificates can be requested, they must be approved and added to the Homeland Security domain system via the legislation system.

The certificates allow government service domains to communicate with each other. The certificate will include:

  • The government domain, and many destination government agencies
  • The physical address
  • List of board members social security numbers.

Certificates are provided to the government domain certification directory via USB and copy and paste.

The delivery driver verifies their birth certificate and driver license.

When the cert is added to the /cert in service domains it's verified with Homeland Security's certificate that was issued, along with the legislative system that the domain is approved as a government service domain.

Service domain to Service domain authorization

Government A send a request to Government B via the /authorize with the source domain name.

Government B requests the /cert from Government A and verifies its on the destination list of domain. It then verifies it with Homeland Security by and ID and destination domain.

If all checks out, then returns a JWT witch includes a session id with an expiration on the JWT. When the JWT expires the operation above repeats.

All session state should remain on the server so sessions can be instantly revoked via a domain. If Homeland Security receives a request to remove a domain from a certificate in an emergency, all government service sites must provide a capability to kill all sessions with a domain.
