Federal & District Aviation Administration

The aviation administration will nationalize airports and develop an economy within the airport system. This includes breaking up the airport, airlines and service into small businesses.

Reservations - Using domain zone applications each airport will handle its reservations with both an application and an API for other services to provide reservations. This will include a commission system to allow partners to provide reservations to the markets (for example a travel agent).

Cargo - The ability to purchase and sell cargo at airports where out of airport transportation services are provided.

INFO

I will bring up an FTC law for vote that the disconnect from reservations and the actual airline companies has created confusion in the market place, making it impossible to understand regulations and get answers around reservations. I think most of the public has seen this. The airport selling the reservation will be responsible for it from purchase to boarding.

Airport Capabilities - Provide the capabilities of an airport's aircraft.

Vendors - Provide a vendor catalog of all the agencies building aircraft.

Legislation - The aviation administration will manage legislation around all laws in the context of the airport and inflight airplanes from their origin.

Licensing - The Aviation Administration will license pilots, service techs, inspectors and other aviation administration personnel on an airport.

Airport Cargo - Ensure all cargo ports at airports have a bill of lading, and secure cargo. Furthermore, checked for UPC blacklists based on it's destination.

Supply Chain - Provide the standards and containers for the airport supply chain which will include:

  • Passenger Airline Owners
  • Cargo Airline Owners
  • Maintenance Owners

Registration - Provide a registration database and certification process for all aircraft includes planes, drones and other types of vehicles.

Drone Safe Zones - Provide drone safe zones based on their type.

Homeland Security - Ensure Homeland Security is integrated into the airport systems and the digital wallet to check identification, backgrounds and passports.

FTC Regulations - Ensure all flight patterns follow regulations. For example, Pendleton Township could have legislation at the Harbor to not to have advertisement planes flying by, or limiting the type of advertisements via the FTC. The Aviation Administration must ensure those regulations are enforced during their approved flight patterns.

TIP

The aviation board has to be careful of this as many FTC districts might not want aircraft flying overhead, but that could propagate to a cat and mouse issue for critical flight paths.

Multi-National Corporations - Multi-National Corporations who operate will have to ensure all their services are broken up. For example, a DOVT registered FedEx pickup must integrate with their Airline via standards. Again, these do not need to be public, but are required to allow other market participants in the supply chain.
