Citizen Reporting - Provide domain zone applications for districts to report issues to their local EPA district. This would include oil leaks, noise, and sewage issues. Based on laws fines can be levied, or court cases could be filled against citizens and/or businesses.

EPA would provide public service announcements via the FTC about their functionality.

Conflict Resolution - Provide conflict resolution in environmental districts for example noise, or public using restrooms, along with payments for impact that could be a single payment or ongoing. Must have federal approval from board assistance.

Bathrooms - Manage public bathrooms, and and provide a service directory of public and private bathrooms for the market via their Domain Zone, GPS location, and operating hours.

Public Showers - Manage public showers, and and provide a service directory of public and private showers for the market via their Domain Zone, GPS location, and operating hours.

Water Quality Testing - EPA districts will be provided the licensing, education, and equipment to test water and provide the results in their district via the domain. This includes any water source that humans and/or animals interact with.

Container Recycling Programs - Provide technology standards around container recycling programs to reduce waste band management between businesses and/or consumers. For example, milk delivery containers.

Air Quality Sensors - Provide funding for districts to provide air quality data via a GPS location.

Landfill Management - Provide funding, licenses, and equipment to manage landfill operations.

Sustainable Transportation - Provide grants to offset loan costs to get vehicles off the road and provide more efficient transportation opportunities in cities. For example, buses, rail, or gondolas.

Graffiti Districts - Provide grants, licensing, and store directories to clean up graffiti along with the legislation to prosecute offenders.

Environment Trash Pickup - Provide funding and licensing for trash cleanup districts to remove garbage off the ground, and in trash cans, and provide a directory of stores for supplies.

Demolition Zones - Provide the licensing to individuals, and permits and funding to demolish buildings no longer safe for the environment.

Building Recycling - Provide funding for organizations that will tear down and recycle buildings. The EPA will bid for the service. The recycling center in which the materials goto will be based on how much money was registered with the recycling center.

Legislation - Create legislation around noise and other environmental issues at the Federal & District(s) levels.

Rebates - Provide a website to allow people to submit older equipment and provide an integration into suppliers to purchase new equipment. For example, old water heaters.

Private/Public Bathroom Usage Provide money for businesses that provide public restrooms in high public traffic areas to help with the impact of customers and the increased maintenance.

Noise Districts - Provide noise district legislation and ensure its enforced.
