Federal & District E-Census
Query the Personal Profile - Provide public anonymous data from the personal profile based on legislation in which the census can receive and scrub data for the market from the personal profile, or e-visa profiles.
Technology - Provide the JSON standards for e-census results.
Query the Public - Allow various agencies to put together surveys for the public, and allow businesses to make claims about their products and services.
- The amount of queries by agency will be legislated.
- E-Census board approval will be determined based on legislation. All federal e-census I suggest would need approval by the board, where district ones would be determined bt the by-laws.
Surveys can be:
- Published publicly anonymously on e-census site.
- Published publicly with specific social security numbers, or business domain names.
- Published anonymously and specifically to registered voters of the requested legislative body.
- Published specifically with social security numbers, and businesses domains to registered voters of requested legislative body.
All surveys must be clear about their intent, and data use when represented to the user based on requirements of the e-census service domain in the General Administration legislative system.
Some census queries could be required the public, where fines are levied if not completed by a certain amount of time.
Business Claims - Any claims made about a product by a business would need a census ID. These census ID's would include the following profiles associated with them depending on the claim:
A recorded scientific study from a licensed professional with a badge based on their license to their SSN, or agency in which provided the license for verification.
A recorded review panel and SSN #'s with completed results.
Data to backup claims (millions sold). oAuth to a business financial statement.
A video of a contest with results. For example, "Best Coffee in Town", along with voting results by SSN.
All census ID's would need to be provided both online and in the physical realm (via QR Code or ID via a link) where the results can be looked up on the e-census service domain site.
- All census claims made will be available via an API where client side components can display them with a badge when marketed.
