Federal & District Drug and Alcohol Administration
Licensing - License pharmacists, bartenders, care-takers, and manufacturer owners to produce and distribute drugs.
Technology Standards - Provide all the domains and containers in the supply chain from raw-materials to manufacturing to the purchasing by end users.
DOVT Approval - Provide a DOVT approval for transporting drugs on their DOVT registration based on the types.
Business Permit Approval - Require approval for Operation Administration to ensure drugs are secure and safe with their licensed providers for distribution, and use NTIS approved control systems for licensed logins.
Trials - Provide a trial capability for districts when new drugs are introduced to ensure they are safe. All new drugs must have a trail before a UPC can be provided. All trial results will be available via an API with the business domain, results where they can be provided with a component and a badge on the operating system.
Legislation - Provide Federal & District legislation drug legislation around the types, packaging (Federal), and other legislative needs and ensure NITS approved devices support it.
For example, Alcohol legislation in a district could require a breathalyzer before leaving.
Complaints - Handle all complaints from the market for UPC labeled drugs where bad interactions may occur via Homeland Security domains, and UPSC codes on receipts. These can be handled by:
- Having access to the Commerce Department for the affected items
- Fining the individual
- Removing licenses based on violation legislation
- Forward to courts for serious violations
Black List - Provide a blacklist of drug type categories, and specific UPSC codes at the Federal & District level based on legislation.
Labeling Standardization - Provide standards around:
- Labeling of drugs
- UPSC Categories (Alcohol, Marijuana, etc)
- Ensure the attribute definitions are correct for the category. For example (Alcohol content level)
- Information and warnings for drugs
Packaging Standards - Provide the packaging standards for the supply chain to ensure drugs are not tampered with from raw materials, to manufacturing to the end user.
Equipment - Provide approval on all UL equipment that produce drugs.
Vendors - Provide the vendor directory where UL manufactured devices can be purchased.
USFEN Regulations - Provide USFEN the regulations based on legislation to ensure alcohol & drugs are not being over subscribed, and or abused on various factors including money, DUI's, and other metrics.
