Federal & District Department of Justice

Detention Facilities - Provide funding for all districts to manage their detention facilities for short-term and long-term inmates and acquire them from private companies.

TIP

Prison for profits has not served the citizens. Jails are more interested in creating laws to get prisoners back to jail vs. rehabilitation.

Where does a person leaving jail go right now? On the streets, to commit more crime. This has to end in partnership with District Social Security Administration.

Detention Facility Reporting - Each detention facility must provide reporting to the public on population counts and incidents.

Legislation - Provide legislation assigned for department of justice related issues. For example, fighting on the street.

FEMA Access - Licensed individuals will have access to the FEMA emergency domain zone application to notify citizens during emergencies.

License Capabilities - Each department of justice license can have capabilities associated with. This can be both at the federal and district level. For example, a federal mandate for a security guard would be to take a picture of thieve and report it. Where in high crime areas like San Francisco, they would have permission to tazze and arrest individuals, or in extreme cases shoot people based on license legislation.

How else do we prevent huge crowds from steeling with masks in districts if they don't have their cell phones? Many districts might want not FBI camera systems, which isn't a GA requirement at this time.

Reporting - Provide all anonymous crime statistics by district via a blotter API.

Personnel Reporting - Allow the reporting of jails officers, police officers, and security officers from citizens via:

  • A bade with a visible ID.
  • An RFID card available to scan
  • A mobile phone scan to receive their license

By going to the doj.gov in any of these methods it will show a picture of the officer, their license details emitting any personal details (besides first name and picture).

The ability to submit reports, or provide praise will be available.

District DOJ boards will have the capability to take officers to court for conflicts with the public.

Transportation - Provide a transportation system to move individuals from short-term facilities to long-term facilities based on court requirements.

Store - Provide the requirements and an approved list of DOJ vendors that will allow DOJ districts to purchase products. This will include uniforms, vehicles, security equipment, jail equipment, local radios (for backup), and other items needed.

Technology Services - Provide the ability for police departments and security forces to be purchased for events.

Grants - Provide grants for the community based on the income from police and security services.

Phone/Directory - Provide a directory to allow DOJ to communicate with each other across the country with titles along with FEMA where all calls are recorded by the NSA.

Police Reports - Provide the ability to file police reports.

FEMA Requests - Have the ability for licensed individuals to receive district emergency requests for emergency dispatches. For example, if someone reported a car accident to a district emergency office, the emergency district would have the capability to notify officers to handle traffic who are in the area based on their GPS locations.
