Electrical - The district power agency will manage the electrical lines in the district. This will include:

• Setting up new lines
• Repairing lines

Asset & Resource Management - Use the GA Asset & Resource Management system to move resources between districts.

Fuel

Supply Chain - Manage the supply chain domains and containers for all fuel participants including:

• Refineries
• DOVT Transportation
• Storage
• Retail Operations

Domain Zone Applications - Ensure the ability to press a domain zone button application, enter a pump number and pay for gas.

License - Provide the licensing for operators, and fuel pump inspectors.

Vendors - Manage the vendor business catalog to build out various supply chain participants.

Standards - Manage all the standards around the fuel supply chain. This includes safety and measurements.

Legislation - Manage the legislation around fuel requirements.

Regulations - Manage the regulations to stimulate or contract the market. This could be done using FEN where credit or debits can be provided per gallon of gas.
