Federal & District Customs and Borders

Jurisdictions - The suggested jurisdictions for US Customs and Borders are Federal, State, and District levels.

Warrants - Border agents could receive special warrants if they are suspicious of people returning to the country.

Proton Scanner - Use a proton scanner on vehicles to find illicit materials and people and country border crossing, where a bill of lading must be created on the American Internet along with proper DOVT registration and RFID tags.

Legislation - Manage legislation federally and locally on the US Customs and Border protection laws.

Domain Zone - Have a licensed application for licensed border agents in the federal domain zone that allows the receipt of passports from the personal profile, and run background checks on incoming citizens from the DOJ criminal database.

Heat Zones - Receive NASA heat maps of crossing zones where people can be found and deported.

E-Visa Violations - All ICE agents to receive e-visa violations along with the e-visa holders location. For example, if a person with a visa committed a crime.

License - Provide education and licenses for all border patrol agents.

Legislation - Manage legislation on the US Border Patrol policy in their jurisdiction.

DOJ Integration - Use DOJ-provided applications to work with the DOJ on escalated issues. For example, communication capabilities.

Country DOJ Integration - Try to integrate where applicable to other countries justice systems.

Firearms and Explosives. Integrate into firearms and explosives black list and add the e-visa numbers.

E-Visa - Provide the ability to apply and deploy e-visas for foreign citizens on the American internet where customs and borders would host the containers and issued IDs.

Assign geo-fences around the areas in which they are allowed to travel.

Revoke Social Security Digital Wallet & Visa - Based on legislation of US Borders and Customs have the ability to remove a Social Security Digital Wallet or Visa and provide transportation out of the country.

Active RFID Readers - Provide active RFID readers at each jurisdiction crossing, where the bill of lading is read from an RFID tag and the destination is verified with the UPC blacklist. If a black listed UPC item is found a warrant is automatically issued and the DOJ can receive the location of the vehicle from the FBI citizen data warehouse. US Borders will monitor vehicles that have blacklists that are designated for another location to ensure they leave the district.

UPC Blacklist - Provide a UPC blacklist that when products are destined to a location an alert is provided during warehousing or distribution loading.

Cameras - Have cameras providing OCR data to the FBI to find plates that on a FBI list with the camera location where the DOJ is dispatched in that district.
