Licensing - Provide licensing and education to judges and jury members.

Distracting - Court districts must be aligned with General Administration districts.

Judge Pay - Provide the hourly rate for judges to handle cases.

Integration - Provide integration into other civil agencies to handle court cases and return the disposition. For example, if the district DOJ needs to find the location of a person from the FBI after a case has a disposition.

Special Warrants - Provide the ability for magistrate judges to provide special warrants for emergency cases. These judges must be available 24 hours a day to receive case requests. Here are some of the common special warrants:

Federal & District Criminal Record Legislation - Provide legislation around who can access criminal records, and under what circumstances and provide that to the business and governments that require it.

  • Search warrants for specific premises or evidence
  • Arrest warrants for individuals
  • Seizure warrants for property or assets
  • Surveillance warrants for electronic monitoring

Social Security Access & E-Visa Access - Provide the ability to confiscate a social security digital wallet, or e-visa wallet based on court outcomes.

Common Cases - Provide the ability for jury and judge to view previous cases based on the case they are currently working on.
