A business can add content to their API services which are processed through the FTC content filtering system, where a you can request a copyright. If it violates the parties can agree on adding the content with copyright terms, or take it court where terms are added to copyright between the parties. A case is added to the copyright system where it's returned to the service if they would like to pursue, or escalate to Court Administration.

Otherwise a copyright ID is assigned to the FTC media ID for future verification between party transactions.

Existing Content

It's the approved NTIS media service containers job to ensure the permissions are updated at the copyright office during the transaction process, where it will verified during the FTC Media Server transfer.

Market Identification & Verification

Any copyright works that are displayed by the FTC media services will provide a copyright badge, number, and link that will be added to the content when being displayed using the browser media component.

Physical Media Copyright

Upload

Businesses can take a picture of a physical piece and upload it, or during the FCC printing process and upload it to Copyright for verification. Issues can be collaborated on between parties, or taken to court if their is a violation where a case ID is returned if they would like to pursue.

If the works do not have any copyright conflict, a copyright seal & QR Code can be download along with the copyright number and optionally a replication number.

The ability to transfer works between parties manually will be available.

An API will available to transfer ownership between parties via an .art-dealer or .collectable-dealer container during the transaction process.

Verification - When the QR code is scanned on physical media, or the copyright ID is entered into the copyright domain service, or a link is clicked a pixelated version is shown.

Legislation - Provide the legislation and enforcement when copyright's are violated in the market place which could include fines, and imprisonment.

Provide the legislation in regards to costs for federal and district electronic and physical copyrights.

Complaint System - Provide a complaint system when copyrighted works made it through without detection.

Electronic Media Transfer - Provide a capability to simply transfer copyright permissions and works between electronic media servers and assign terms, where an instant confirmation e-mail is sent to the receiving party.
