The FCC - Location Aware Agency will provide the following services:
- Provide lists of websites based on a citizen location.
- Enforce device restrictions with a provided function.
Provide Website Aware Link
Website aware links are returned based on a citizen location.
The following is received:
GPS Location
The GPS Coordinates are sent to the FTC - Layout Agency where:
- The Occupancy Permit is returned
- Citizen is inside or outside
Based on the location of the citizen, and the website the following is returned:
martys.coffee-shop/_inside (for inside citizens)
martys.coffee-shop/_outside (for outside (citizens))The following agencies access this service.

Device Restrictions In Enforcement
Use Case
The following is the use case to handle device restrictions for the citizen, when a citizen:
- Sign-In's to the device
- Uses a device function
- Resets the Device Restrictions in progress
Where the device resets its cache, and enforces the restrictions.
Receives:
- GPS Coordinate
- Device Type
Process
The GPS Coordinates are sent to the FTC - Layout Agency where:
- The Occupancy Permit is returned
The NITS - Occupancy Permit has the NITS - Operational Services.
NITS - Operational Services derive NITS - Device Restrictions.
NITS - Device Restrictions are returned based on NITS - Device Type.
Occupancy Agency - Permit Changes
Occupancy Agency must provide Permit information with the website, and Operational Services anytime they change to update the cache.
Operational Service Device Restriction Changes
The NITS - Operational Services Agency must provide any changes to device restriction and device type's related to NTIS - Operational Services so the local cache update.
