Federal & District Commerce Department

The Federal Department of Commerce will be instrumental in bringing small businesses back to America through a business to business network that will allow small business to talk to each other over the American Internet by deploying containers by software vendors based on the business process.

The Commerce Department will have a direct connection to Operation Administration to receive permitting data, and FCC Domain Zones to install applications.

Business Startup Wizard

The Commerce Department will provide a wizard with the following steps to get your business up and running, the steps will include:

Step 1: Selecting the Business

  • A business directory will be provided by the domain suffix and a description where a business name and parcel address from Operations Management.

Step 2: Pre-Permit

Before a business can be started, a Operation Administration Pre-Permit must be approved by District Operation Administration via an appointment, where the Commerce Department will be notified for the wizard.

Step 3: Business Build Out / Technology Testing

Loans can be received from a directory of loan officers who are licensed to loan for the type of business with their selected rate.

Grants can also be provided by licensed SEC grant providers if the business cannot be a going concern based on market conditions, but needs to exist. For example, a gas station in the middle of nowhere.

The business owner can select from a list of vendor directories in their domain zone, or outside of it to help build out their business, and test various services based on their build out.

Step 4: Technology Installation

With a permit approved, the following steps are taken to deploy your technology stack to the domain:

  • A domain name is entered with the suffix that has been selected.

  • A hosting provider is be selected for the business with a monthly price based on the expected amount of customers per month from the NTIS managed for public .container-hosting directory, furthermore you can enter your own domain if you have your own approved .container-hosting domain.

  • Once the hosting provider is set, the owner will have the ability to add service containers to the hosting provider based on their business. For example, a coffee operations system, and a playlist system. The container services can be rejected based on:

    • Not being compatible with the core Commerce Department Process Id.
    • A permit not available. For example, a concert in the park.
  • On installation of the service container to the hosting provider, it will return the fully qualified URLs to install at the FCC Domain Zone attached to the Business Permit of the business.

District Commerce Department - District Commerce Department would provide a catalog of all businesses that are registered in the district domain zones which would be basically just be a filter of the Federal Commerce Department directories.

Business Intelligence - Provide business intelligence from their local General Administration citizen data around business types that are over or under saturated based on populations and time frames. This will provide the district Commerce Department the ability to work with businesses on which business to handle business hour coordinations that can be changed on the Operation Administration Permit.

Bill of Lading - Provide API's to create a bill of lading logs, and all the transfers of DOVT registered vehicles, and Water and Boats registered vehicles. These must include all RFID information to allow the Department of Commerce to receive RFID details to notify businesses, and the market.

Vendors - Vendors can register their business domains to help with build out and proposals based on the domain suffix.

Business Process Catalog - In partnership with NITS, the Commerce Department will ensure all business processes are managed and cataloged. Furthermore, a cross reference will be managed to ensure business processes are compatible with each other. For example, you couldn't add a jukebox service to a pig farm.

Business Processes will tagged as core, or additional service.

Restaurant Process Ids

Order and the counter and sit down (FOODSRVC-R01)

The customer will touch a bluetooth device, the device will provide the business url. The mobile phone user will select the card where the key will be sent to Securities and Exchange.

Securities and Exchange will process the transaction with the correct network, and once completed send the transaction ID to the /paid API of the business.

Optionally, the business can request that Securities and Exchange provide a one-time message URL to the personal profile to notify customer their order is ready.

Order from a hostess (with phone) - (FOODSRVC-R02)

Place the order with the host. When order is complete, a person will touch their phone to an RFID card, or device where they will select the tip, select the card, where it will be processed at Securities and Exchange with an order Id and sent to the /paid API of the business with a transaction ID where an acknowledgment will be displayed.

Order from hostess (without phone) - (FOODSRVC - R03)

Place the order with the host. Provide your social security number via an RFID card or via a number. After the order is placed, and the order is ready the terminal is given to the customer where based on legislation either a pin or face login is authorized and the cards show up and they make the payment + tip via Securities and Exchange where it's posted to the businesses /paid API.

Order with a domain zone application (FOODSRVC - R04)

Press the domain zone button on all mobile devices. A menu/cart system comes up where the order is place, a table # is entered into the order. A tab application is shown where the amount, when selected a tip amount is entered, the cards are shown. A card is selected where its processed at Securities and Exchange and posted to the /paid end point with the transaction ID, and order Id.

Once the customer is done they make the payment. If a payment is not processed after leaving the facility, a ticket will be provided to the citizen where their ability to use the domain zone application ordering application is disabled into the ticket is paid. The DOJ will take a 5% (legislation) processing charge and pay the facility.
