Federal & District Coast Guard

License - License all coast guard agents who operate boats, and aircraft.

Vessel Tracking & Direct Communication - Ensure the licensed Coast Guard personnel has access via the Vessel Communication FCC domain application to:

• View vessel GPS information along with identification based on their location or a geo-fence.
• Have a group communication channel based on a vessels identification(s) that are entered or selected.

Asset Management - Ensure it uses the asset and resource management system in the GA system to manage asset, resources and transfer capabilities. There will be a Water & Boats identification, and a Coast Guard identification.

Ensure both identifications are burned into the FCC system and proper labeling is provided.

FEMA Dispatch - Ensure the Coast Guard has access to send FEMA dispatch system.

Department of Justice - Ensure they have access to the DOJ application to request an arrest.

Harbor - Ensure they have access to Harbor Domain Zone application to impound vehicles.

Bidding - Use the GA legislative system to provide bidding of impounded vehicles that have been taken away by a DOJ court case.
