Occupancy Permitting Agency - Occupancy Permit

The following are the sections of an approved occupational permit.

The occupancy permit is developed by both approval agents during the approval process, and owners(s).

Parcel

The parcel is selected when starting a new permit process.

The parcel options are provided based on the currently signed-in user.

The parcel's are derived from the signor(s) of record on Commercial Rental Agreement, or the owners assigned on a deed at the Community Development - Deed Agency.

Parcels will not be available for selection if Occupancy Permits are already associated, nor can they be assigned.

Address Information

The complete address is provided from the parcel, along with a link to the citizens registered map services, or the parcel page at the Parcel Agency.

Addresses can be negated for:

  • Certain website type(s) provided by NITS - Website Type Agency.
  • Civil Agencies who have it defined in their Homeland Security - Civil Agency Certificate.

The address when not negated is visible on-line, on internal posters, and on window posters.

Phone Number

A list of phone numbers are derived from the associated Businesses Communication Provider in the permit for public facing phone numbers. For example, General Information, Sales, Customer Service, etc.

The phone number is visible on-line, on internal posters, and on window posters.

Permit Date

The dates the permit is issued provided.

The date info is visible on-line, on internal posters, and on window posters.

Business Type Information

The Business Type Information is derived from an NITS Website Type and is always required by to start the permitting process.

The permit will provide the following about the NITS - Website Type:

  • Business Type
  • Category
  • Detailed Category Description

The above information will be visible on-line, on internal posters, and on window posters.

Website

The website of the permit is provided by an approval agent, and can be optional as some businesses might not want to have a technology infrastructure.

A website hash of the entire file system is associated at the beginning of the permit process to mark the website that gets approved

If the hosting provider receives updated files, it must notify the Occupancy Permitting Agency via a provided link based on the current website and hash.

The website is visible on-line, on internal posters, and on window posters.

A QR Code with the Occupancy Agency seal is provided on the internal and window posters to allow the citizen to view the Occupancy Permit on-line.

Website Locations Assignments

If a website is defined, the parcel is assigned to one or many sections of the Website Location Layout.

The assigned parcels are provided to the FCC - Website Location Agency and assigned to the Website Location Layout Sections.

Location Website

A link is provided for the Occupancy Permit depending if the signed in citizen is in the location, or outside of it.

Before a link can be provided, the citizen must oAuth to Citizen Profile oAuth - Entity Tracking with a current device setting.

With provided Authorization Profile, The Citizen Profile - Entity Tracking returns the GPS coordinates.

With the provided GPS coordinates, the FCC - Website Location Aware Agency will return a website link based on the citizen being inside, or outside the facility.

Website Type Operational Services

Website Types can have many operational services associated that are either required, or optional.

For example, a Coffee Shop might have an acoustic hour and charge for tickets, and a playlist application that is used to play music to customer's during the day where various approvals need to take place by the District FTC - Media Agency.

The NITS - Website Type Agency Services provides all the website type's Operational Services that are required or optional.

The required Website Type Operational Services are associated to the Occupancy Permit.

The optional ones can be selected, where those Website Type Operational Services are associated.

Based on the Website Type Operational Services selected, the agencies that require approval are associated to the permit.

Device Restrictions

Device restrictions render devices incapable of various services.

The NITS Website Type Operational Services associated will provide device restriction recommendations, and requirements.

The owners can select the recommendations if they would like to, which are approved, stored, and submitted to FCC - Location Aware Agency for enforcement.

Accessibility

Specific Human and Health Accessibly Codes are associated to the permit to define what capabilities citizens with disabilities have at the facility.

A general description capability will be available during the approval process for the Occupancy Agency agent to fill in information which might include various options to deal with the accessibility of the building. For example, where a wheelchair ramp, or elevator is.

Business Owner Management

Before a permit can be issued the owner(s) must associate the following information to the occupational permit before it's approved:

  • Public Product & Service Catalog
  • SEC - Registration Agreement
  • SEC - Cancellation Agreement
  • SEC - Owners Agreement
  • Business Communication Provider
  • Socket Communication Provider

Public Product & Service Catalog

A list of Universal Codes are associated to the permit.

Universal Codes can either be manually entered, or an API is available to manage them.

Universal Code's can require an approval, or automatically be approved.

The approvals are based on the rules set for the Universal Code by the Federal Civil Agency that owns the Universal Code Category.

Each Universal Code added must provide if its:

  • Being bought and sold
  • Producing (by-hand)
  • Producing (by-machine)
  • General Price

SEC Agreements

The following SEC agreements are associated:

  • REgistration agreement for citizen registration during sign up of the domain
  • The associated cancellation agreement to the sign up agreement for citizen to cancel service for the domain
  • Owners agreement for the management of the businesses

The cancellation link is available on the on-line occupational permit.

Business Communication Provider

A directory of NITS domains suffixes for business communications providers are available for the business to choose their offerings.

The business then selects one, and completes the SEC communication provider agreement.

The SEC agreement then provides a one-time pass key to the post office to initate services.

Socket Communication Provider

A directory of NITS domain suffixes for businesses socket providers are avilable for the busines to choose their offering.

The business then selects one, and completes the SEC Socket Provider Agreement.

The SEC agreement then provides a one-time pass key to the post office to initate services.

Insurance

Insurance must be provided by a licensed Insurance Commission agent via an .insurance-agent directory based on the insurance requirements of the website type defined in the civill agency system.

Proper Language

The owner of the domain can mark it for proper language only, where all content must use words defined in the Federal Administration dictionary.

Login Requirements

Based on the website the NITS will provide the required authorization profile requirements, where additional ones can be selected.

Review Sites

NITS approved review sites are available for the website type to provide reviews by citizens in various ways including:

  • SEC Receipt Portal
  • List on the Occupancy Permit
  • Directly from the Contaner/SDk website

An average rating will be provided based on a 5 start rating provided by the registered review sites for reference via the registered services APIs.

Agency Approval

A list of agencies and the licensed agent that approved the various stages of the permit process are provided to the occupational permit for the market.

Only the list of agencies are provided for public view.

Business Closure

The requirements are defined on what is required if the business closes from the construction permit associated to the permit.

  • Boarding up the facility
  • Demolition
  • Security requirements
