District Occupancy Permitting Agency

The United States has an enormous problem prosecuting website owners based on criminal behaviors.

When an occupancy permit is being approved for a website the permit becomes the the glue between a physical parcel location, and an American website to ensure all the websites have a location where the Department of Justice can visit them based on Court Administration orders.

One of the large objectives for the occupancy permit is to ensure business owners provide services as described. Many services will startup as free services, and then change their entire offering completely around on their customers. This won't happen when we issue permits, and if it does the business owner will have to go through a re-permitting process.

If occupants do not want a website, they must provide an NTIS website type to the parcel which provides various details about the business to the market, and the agents procuring the permit.

It's important to understanding the various parts of an Occupancy Permit.
