Civil Agency System - Asset & Resource Management

If a civil agency needs this functionality its defined in their bylaws where a website becomes available to manage their asset, physical resources, and human resources.

The functionality will include the ability to manage assets and resources and budgeting, sale assets when to the market, and transfer the budgeting and assets between agencies.

Asset Sales Agency

The asset sale agency will decide the best course for government assets no longer needed.

This could include recycling assets, destroying the asset, or re-purposing them.

Anytime an asset is sold, there will be procedures to make it safe for the public by approved domain vendors associated to various assets.

Resource & Asset Management

The following requirements are required for the asset and resource management module:

• An asset directory to identify and label assets including vehicles, tools, materials and other information that is owned by the agency
• The ability to transfer assets and humans resources between agencies
• Provide reporting on the use of assets and human resources
• Manage asset yards for at rest resources and assets
• Pay employees based on compensation set by the board
