United Districts of America - Civil Agency System

The United District of America's Civil Agency System handles all the management functions of agencies and their interaction with the civil population.

This includes board management, by-laws management, tariffs, legislation management, being responsible for designing and licensing if the value chain along with handling issues when they arise.

Board Management

Each agency has a board comprising of a number of officials defined in the by-laws. Board members are removed and added by other board members, via board vote.

By Laws

Anytime an agency is associated to another agency, by-laws must be defined and approved by board vote by the owning agency where they are approved by Civil Agency Over Site to ensure everything is in order.

Voting

Lets brainstorm on following our tax dollars today. We pay a tax with an amount and that's it. There is no accountability to how and where those tax dollars are spent and with who.

As citizens, why don't we stop paying taxes, and just start voting on agencies and their mission, direction budget to the mission, and ensure they are executing and managing the needs of the public?

This is the power of a direct collaborative relationship with civil agencies, other civil agencies and citizens.

This creates accountability for our government agencies directly with the citizens, therefore removing our legacy tax system.

No more taxes related to government operations, citizens know where to go to vote, and boards get impeached.

Tariffs

A new era of tariff capabilities will be available to tariff citizens based on their location, or add tariffs when purchasing products and services from other districts to help with the local economy.

Careful

Federal & District IRS, and General Agencies must be careful not to tariff other districts who are providing superior products and/or services to locally sourced ones.

This can create a socialized effect for local businesses. Keep an eye on those businesses and ensure they are busy in the market.

Legislation

A legislation module will be available for agencies to manage all their legislative functions.

The legislation module will provide the capability to manage board voting, laws, regulations, infraction management, rules, penalties, software requirement(s) and more.

All new types of legislation that goes for vote must be approved by Civil Agency Over Site to ensure it's located in the correct agencies, and the relationships are correct.

The market can create petition's that are up or down voted where the board can take into consideration, or bring up for a board vote.

Want to create a petition to complain about a loud dog barking to District Environmental Protection Agency you will have that capability.

The market can bring impeachment proceedings against a board with enough votes, that can happen with board vote, or go to Court Administration based on by-laws.

API Services

An API service is provided to both permitting processes to provide rules during the approval process that must be completed, and returned.

Universal Code Types

Commerce Department - Universal Code Types are associated to agency where they manage them for handling complaints, and approving permits.

Website Type Management

The NITS ultimately assigns Website Types to agencies.

Agents with various roles assigned them handle various functions for website types, which include system to system integrations, directory management for the market, and more.

The most important thing about the management of web site types are that small businesses get value out of a connected supply chain just like the multi-national corporations do.

We will ensure this for our small businesses, and ensure they are more efficient!

Complaint & Resolution Portal

A complaint and resolution management capability will be available for agent groups where they will handle issues from the market for:

  • Website Types
  • Universal Code Types
  • Machine Types
  • Mechanical Types

The portal will include an API to submit information, a portal for agents to handle:

  • Issue license and certificate infractions based on license regulation.
  • Recall products.
  • Prohibit products and services federally, or a a district level based on by-law rules.

The Civil Agency licenses analysts that provide research on the various issues and policies of the agency, and the datasets the are provided by the agency.

Associated sites can have software requirements associated with them from various legislation actions.

Asset & Resource Management

An asset and resource management product will be available for Civil Agencies that require to manage assets and resources.

This is import for a number of reasons:

First, transferring between agencies. A Federal Rail Industry could be assigned to a district, where the General Administration of the district oversees the operations, and when they are done the assets and resources are moved to another district.

Second, Department of Power would want to keep track of all their electrical trucks.
