Federal & District Cargo Administration

The Federal & District Cargo Administration would ensure the management and tracking of all cargo containers for the market.

• Managing storage yards
• Provide inventory and ordering capabilities
• Develop new cargo containers and recycle old ones
• Ensure cargo containers are delivered to the markets that need them via a service API.
• Provide the technology standards to identify and track them into the market place. This includes the technology to "port" them into their delivery vehicles (Trucks, Ships, and Rails).
• Provide an RFP process to allow to purchase new cargo containers based on Cargo Administration requirements.
