Local Beach Legislation - Develop and enforce laws governing beach areas within the designated beach district boundaries. For example, US Beach and Harbors could have 10 beach districts inPendleton Township were legislation can be managed.

There are many laws that need to be managed inPendleton Township from dogs, alcohol use, water use (surf, swim, dive) and swim wear.

Impound - Provide secure storage facilities to impound boats, and provide a bidding platform to sell them based on

Aviation Legislation - Coordinate with the FAA to ensure all airplanes providing advertisements meet all district laws.

Bathrooms - Work with the EPA to ensure public restrooms are available for citizens going to the beach.

Emergency Services - Ensure FEMA has adequate resource for lifeguards and emergency equipment along with ensuring communication systems linking lifeguards, beach visitors, and coast guards are in operation.

Impound Domain Zone Application - Provide a domain zone application to allow various agencies to impound boats.

Law Enforcement - Ensure the DOJ provide adequate security services to enforce applicable beach, harbor, and maritime laws within the the beach harbor district.

Beach Data Services - Provide beach data services from NOAA around temperature, tides, surf height predictions and other weather information. Provide geographic data to citizens to allow them to have a view on map around the beach topography.

Securities and Exchange - Work with local Securities and Exchange banks to purchase farm land back to small business owners.

Many of our farmland is being acquired by foreign advisories, and billionaires. It's important our farm land has as much diversity in ownership by American citizens as possible to ensure competition and food security.

Gardner Subsidies = Provide gardner subsidies to allow local gardens to operate for the market.

UPC - Manage UPC black lists for plants that are sold in districts to ensure compatibility, and enforce them with NITS ordering systems.

Legislation - Manage legislation around farming including genetics, pesticides, and other issues the farming communities are facing.

License - Provide licensing to farmers, farmer workers, gardeners, and arborist.

Technology - Provide the technology standards that allow gardeners and farms to sell to business partners.

Civil Agency Monitoring - Monitor civil agents bank accounts for fraud with dealing with vendors. We want to ensure board members are not receiving kick backs from vendors by promoting their services during bidding processes.

Civil Agency Verification - Ensure all General Administration boards have the correct government agencies when they are developed in districts. For example, government over-site would ensure US Beach and Harbors had all the sister civil agencies to manage trash, security, and emergency services.

Law Categorization - Ensure all laws are in the correct civil agency before they are brought forward by any board, where a LAW ID will be provided.

Law Database - Provide a comprehensive law database and who owns the enforcement and legislation.

Cross State/Federal Management - Manage the variance in laws between the corporate federal/state system with the civil agency Federal & District system.

Technology - Handle the same digital wallet technology development and infrastructure for socƒial security but for immigrants and all the variances. Allow civil agencies the ability to apply for e-visa's on behalf of illegal aliens.

Foreign Worker Supply Chains - Provide a technology solution that allows workers to come into the country and work on projects and go home, or apply for permanent status. This would include business facing capabilities and immigrant facing capabilities. The state department would ensure immigrants have the resources and funding from vendors to live comfortability in their district.

Federal Election Commission

The federal election commission will ensure the legislative system's voting integrity in enforced by providing audits of peoples votes in the database by replicating the voting datasets in the legislative system and running tests on them, and providing the data anomalously to civilians.

Federal & District Fish and Game

Licensing - Provide the licensing for fisherman and hunting.

Fish Population - Provide fish population from NASA data sources on their website.

Game Population - Provide the game population in hunting districts from NASA.

Laws - Manage laws around hunting restrictions due to reduce fish or game populations.

Enforcement - License enforcement agents to ensure fishing and gaming participants are not breaking laws.

Technology - Provide the standards and technology containers from fishing harbors and game locations to the market.

Funding - Provide the funding for districts to operate fish and game districts based on the district budget.

Federal Geographical Survey

Geographic Data - Provide geographic data to civil agencies include beaches, department of transportation and other civil agencies that require to for their operations. Also provide it to the market for use so other services could have capabilities like Google's satellites view.

Land Movement - Provide land movement information for land use that is at risk for civilians.

Funding - Provide funding for residents that get displaced because of geographical issues. Provide funding for districts to work with Housing and Urban and Development, and other local civil agencies.

Licensing - Provide licensing to personnel to evaluate Housing and Urban Development building permits for land and water issues.

Federal National Security Agency

The NSA agency will be responsible for gathering intelligence from the network and device operating systems based on civil agency requests with a warrant, or special judge requests.

The National Security Agency is in a difficult position because they can only implement reconnaissance-based operations with a limited number of players. Each new market participant that comes online creates additional staffing requirements. Therefore, the market remains constrained to only a few players due to national security concerns being done manually on Facebook and Twitter. Our national security apparatus must find a way to allow a competitive market to exist while still fulfilling their oversight responsibilities with scalable technology solutions, not personnel resources, and that is the goal with these requirements.

Device OS Access - The National Security agency will have a channel into all operating systems via FTC devices based on legislation. I would like to see the patriot act revoked, and understand the rights as a citizen and a government official.

Communication Intercepts - Manage all communication intercepts between critical communication devices including phone lines, text messaging and artificial intelligence provided by NITS domains based on legislation.

Homeland Security DNS Logs - The ability to view Homeland DNS logs based based on legislation to do special internet investigating.

FCC Logins - Provide the ability for Social Security single sign-on to provide login capabilities on anyone on-line with a warrant.

Legislation - Ensure the public opts-in to all legislation in which the National Security is designated to do during the onboarding process of the personal profile, and with updates based on legislation.

Access Keys - Provide access keys for each device registered in digital wallets to allow operating systems to operate with National Security Agency. NITS will ensure all FCC containers receive keys on-sign in for all government service connections.

I believe it's important to have a list of all FCC devices, and what government agencies are in-play when I log into them in my digital wallet.

If we hide the FCC layer directly to the government intuitions we will loose touch with what is happening.

Labeling - Ensure all labeling is compliant with the country of origin and an identification.

Education - Provide an education country/domain to learn to repair machines.

Software - Provide a county/domain directory of applications that can be used with the device based on federal standards.

License Repair Techs - Provide licenses in countries citizens digital wallet when education is completed to repair products.

Reporting - Provide reporting for device issues from the citizens based on touching your phone on the device using RFID.

Software Updates - Provide a binary store at the Federal level to release binaries to machines.

Machine Licensing - Allow districts to approve and issue Ids of machines and ensure all regulations are implemented from other Civil Agency laws. Some of these laws could include:

Disease Catalog System - Maintain a comprehensive database for the United States of disease codes and descriptions accessible to hospitals, medical clinics, and testing facilities.

Real-Time Event Reporting - Process and handle live medical events by geographic location and disease classification, enabling rapid response, tracking, and FEMA response and dispatch capabilities.

Medical Record Integration & Analysis - The US Centers for Disease Control after legislation agreement could take product receipts and medical records, and:

• Analyze personal health profiles to identify potential disease correlations with marketplace products
• Cross-reference medical events with product exposure data

Location Data - Correlate people's location data with diseases.
